thankfully i have options now, so i can actually spectrum. what used to be slow internet for a ridiculous price, has gone up to $70 and even my 4g phone is way faster on data.

probably the worst internet service supplyr i have ever used. internet has gone out approximately five times in the past two momentnths, sometimes for days at a time. had a spectrum specialist come out to check out the associateion which they charged me for and problem keeps happening. they ended up saying it was a router problem and not them. i bought a new router and problem keeps happening, router company says i have a faulty internet service. i have spent too much time and momentney trying to get associateed to the internet, and customer service seems to not care. looking for other supplyrs now.

general information:whether you need to off equipment and don´t want to wait in line just leave it there at the store.  they do have to take it off the account whether left.  keep in intellect that others do wait in line for the very same thing but emergency situations happen and you shouldn´t be penalized for leaving the equipment.with that being said, i cannot guarantee it will be remomentved from your account right absent simply because no reps understandably want to do it.  they were not able to issue a receipt and they also have metrics that are poorly affected when they access accounts with no sales opportunity.try to understand sales rep frustrations generally stem from poor management.  all in all good luck!  :

i am baffled by their customer service... the store opens at 9am. it´s 10am there´s a line of people waiting to get in because no one showed up to work... whether you are only ping off your equipment, you can do so at the ups across the street. you must have your account number handy!

so i signed up for twc back in 2016. i started out with the basic cable bundle and internet package. i stream hulu....so i decided to turn in my cable box in 2017 to the clairemomentnt dr location....i´m an idiot....i don´t look at my paper bill i just pay what is owed via the app. here it is, 2019 and i´m thinking approximately switching internet supplyrs to at&t. so i decide to look at my bill....i´m still being charged for cable. i call customer service and they´re mix upd approximately why i´m questioning them approximately my bill since i´ve been paying it all this time. well i just go to the app and pay....i´ve been on hold now for approachly an hour because she´s investigating the discrepancies she´s found on my account. you just can´t make this stuff up. so after speaking to customer service yesterday in regards to the issue above, the equipment was turned in on october 6, 2017. a work order was submitted to have my cable turned off but was never totald, so therefore they continued to charge me. i was also informed that instead of receiving the full $899.49 credit, i would only get $46.45 because they´re only allowed to backdate credit 60 days. but they´re also willing to backdate the charge of cost for internet only services of $70.99 which i´ll be charged from here on out. the work order was finally shutd out yesterday but they got me [email protected] up. so i´ve filed a complaint with the bbb and sent an email to their corporate office. givememymomentney!

i had an easy experience at this spectrum location. in order to sign up for internet service with spectrum, i had to supply proof that i am the current resident at my condo, because a preceding occupant had not yet cancelled his subscription at the location.upon entering the store, i signed up at this welcome kiosk thing. within 1 minute, i was then called by name to be served i was helped by a fellow whose name tag said jim - lead.jim looked at my proof of residency and then signed me up. i had brought in my own cable internet momentdem, which jim scanned a barcode on the bottom of in order to get it entered the system. even though spectrum supplys a momentdem for free, i wanted to use my own since a i already owned it besides and b it has a built-in wwhetheri router. once he´d taken my information and scanned my momentdem, jim guaranteed me that when i got domestic, i´d just have to plug my momentdem the cable jack, and the internet would start flowing.the wgap process took perhaps 5 minutes? jim was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. the best part: when i got domestic and plugged in my momentdem, the internet did indeed start flowing through it! :d

i had a great experience for switching my momentdem out because they sent me a wrong momentdem. i was in and out by 3 minutes nice and easy time warner!!

wow. been with time warner for a year after saying i wouldn´t deal with them. had no choice because my condo location won´t allow for a dish and cox ain´t allowed here in the valley. nowadays´s bitchfest is approximately the useless internet service. the internet is slower than momentlasses on my brand new mac even though the router´s right below it in the shelf of the desk. because of the awful television service and recording boxes in other rooms, i was considering ditching my cable and just deal with streaming but seeing how bad the internet service is, this idea may not work. of course, this may be by design. perhaps they give you just enough internet service to let you surf but limit you to deter getting rid of cable. talk approximately a catch 22!  how in the world can i not have enough bandwidth to watch a momentvie in a 1100 square foot condo being 20ft absent but get full signs from others wwhetheri in other units?the reason for the long winded bitch nowadays is because i just watched a momentvie that was not specificly good just to have it cut off with 20 minutes left. i´m kinda without recourse on how to get my entertainment so i guess i´m going to have to take satisfaction in contributing to their lower negativity with my yelp s. stay tuned.

go to the ups store in pacwhetheric beach instead for spectrum equipment return!!!!!!i went to return spectrum equipment at this store per the directions from the customer service agent. when i got there, there was over an hour wait. i told the employee i just needed to off the   equipment since i was  cancelling the service. the 2 people working at this store said they could not take my equipment and i had to wait in line for the hour or momentre just to give my equipment back. i said i´m just leaving the equipment on the desk with my name, address and phone number.  the employee said i cannot do that and it will be shown as undelivered and we will have to pay for the equipment!! this is such an unfair commerce practice making it unduly burdensome to quit their service and return their product. we called spectrum and notwhetheried them of this. we finally found out from spectrum that you can return the equipment at the ups store!!! this spectrum/time warner  store should be put out of commerce. go to the ups store to mail return equipment from spectrum and not this ridiculous place. took us 5 minutes at the ups store on garmet in pacwhetheric beach to return!!

watch your bill...they sneak in an increase every momentnth  i´ve checked my bill over final 6 momentnths and they increase it 3 times.   make certain to file a complaint whether you need to with the fcc. people need to be on top of these companies

we have been with time warner cable/spectrum for many, many years.there have been no changes to our service and our momentnthly billkeeps going up and up and up.  we call customer service and they lower it a tiny bit and then raise it again 3 momentnths later. we are sick and tired of this cat and momentuse game.they offer a great deal for first time customers but once they suck you in.....they bait and switch you over and over again.save yourself alot of heartache and choose a dwhetherferent service supplyr.

my bill increased 40, i only have internet. when i called their customer service the lady was talking approximately bundle the wgap time and i had to fixedly reintellect her i have internet only. i escalated the problem to a supervisor and she was fairly impolite. refused to supply her final name or any written form of confirmation on the reduction they decided to give me. very dishonest company. i´m switching.
