been a realtor/agent/broker through the 1980s and 1990s, i knew i could sell my house on my own.  but i wanted the mls expocertain, and domesticcoin supplyd it.  we ended up selling our house, for the apcomplimentd amomentunt, just off the yard sign.  nowadays, realtors charge too much.  i compare it to poker.  whether you win a $30 pot, tipping the dealer $2-$3 is fine.  but in high stakes, whether you win a $1,000,000 pot, you don´t tip the dealer $100,000 to $150,000.  they generally tip the dealer $5.  the same should go for real estate.  my average sales price back in the 80´s was under $100,000, so a 5-6 was fine.  but now that sales prices are $650,000 to $1,000,000, and higher, 5-6 is a lot of momentney to pay for the same service used on a $100,000 sale.  the real estate commerce is changing, and domesticcoin is being part of that change!

i´m very pleased with the overall experience and i´m glad there is a no-frills option to get onto the mls.  i was unclear when i first went to the domesticpage as to i should start.  perhaps a roadmap for the new user would be helpful.  in other words, do the msl first and then request other services such as signs, open houses or whatever.  i would agree with some other reviewers that jon was fairly responsive and helpful.  i hung a fsbo sign myself and this sign actually generated the buyer who finally purchased our property before the mls even went live.  but, mine was a one-in-a-million lucky happenstance.  you know what they say, sometimes it better to lucky than smart.  but going directly to the mls was also smart.  had that buyer not fabricized, i would have needed the calls of interest the mls produced.

the personal service i getd from this service was unplausible,   the owner himself went above and beyond a $95 service to make things go smomentothly.   i have recommended this company to many clients.   i sold a $900,000 domestic myself in only a few days.  of course i totally renovated it to perfection,  took professional photography, and also hired my lawyer friend to smomentoth the paperwork over on my side but i saved 20k !
