Minnesota Health and Housing Alliance is located in St. Paul, Minn. The alliance has been providing a variety of older adult services across the state. It is one of the largest statewide trade associations for providers of care services for adults. Minnesota Health and Housing Alliance provides a full range of care services, including nursing home care, senior citizens housing with supportive services, independent senior citizens housing and community-based services.
