Crystal Lake Dialysis is a busy, small clinic located in the same shopping center as Hobby Lobby, hidden in the back corner of the strip next to Heartland Blood Centers. There is a large waiting area with a soda machine, and plenty of resources and information available. In back are eight treatment beds, and on staff are nurses, techinicians, a social worker and dietician. ARA is a for-profit clinic that operates in many states across the U.S.
