CrossFit Houma is a different kind of gym. We offer a different workout EVERY day, for ALL levels & types of athlete and non-athlete, from the dedicated triathlete to the new mother looking to whip her body back into shape, as well as those who have never set foot in a gym. Our male & female certified trainers lead clients through functional, intense workouts scaled to each individual’s level. We provide nutritional guidance as well as beginner classes that start every week, teaching the fundamentals of lifting, cardio and gymnastic movements that are so basic to human movement throughout our daily lives as well as in emergencies.
