This yoga studio offers classes for beginners and advanced students in Viniyoga, which allows the body to gain strength and flexibility while decreasing stress and creating more relaxation. There are free events on Friday and the studio was named the best yoga center in the city of Redmond for 2010 by the Redmond Reporter.
