Faircon Service Company is a full-service commercial heating and air conditioning mechanical services provider specializing in commercial and industrial buildings. Co-owners Steve Holmer and Paul Schoenecker are personally involved in all projects. Were the ones making the promises, says Steve. He and Paul have more than 50 years of combined experience in the industry, and employ 10 full-time technicians who are members of Pipefitters Local 455 St. Paul, Pipefitters Local 539 serving Minneapolis, St. Cloud and Western Minnesota, and Sheet Metal Workers Local 10.
