It is registered in the State of California as the secondary company for National Enterprises, an architectural development company. MGM and National Enterprises develop large scale retail venues such as shopping malls, office buildings and residential apartment buildings. One of its most recent developments was the remodeling of the Westwood Shopping Complex on Olympic Boulevard. It is not affiliated with MGM, the entertainment studio.
