Lucy's Whey got its start at the East Hampton Farmers Market more than three years ago, selling cheeses made from local dairy. Owner Lucy Kazickas then decided to open a cheese shop on North Main Street in East Hampton, and has since set up shop at the Chelsea Market in New York City. Lucy's Whey offers American artisanal cheeses and farmstand cheeses, from soft ripened cheses to wash rind cheeses. Prepared sandwiches, baguettes and fruit tarts are also for sale.
