Orchard View Elementary School offers educational classes in art, reading, instrumental and vocal music, speech and language, physical education, math, science and social studies. The school imparts education to more than 500 students in prekindergarten through grade six. It has a parent-teacher organization that provides children with various learning experiences through special school speakers, assemblies and educational field trips. The school has an instructional support team that helps children experiencing academic, emotional and behavioral difficulties. It has a team of counselors who provide services to students, parents and staff in a variety of ways, including counseling, consulting and coordinating. Orchard View Elementary School is a part of Forest Hills Public Schools and is located in Grand Rapids, Mich.
