POPA Federal Credit Union is an association of the Los Angeles County Peace Officers-based financial institution with our offices located in Cerritos, Monterey Park and Valencia, California. POPA Federal Credit Union was formed in 1978 and has more than $221 million in assets, serving over 11, 000 members as of March, 2007. Membership is open to anyone affliated with LA County Peace Officers Professional Associations and their families. Our mission is to promote a philosophy of "Members Helping Members!" by providing little or no-fee financial services to our members.
