Located on Montauk Highway at the former site of Bamboo, Shiki is a Japanese restaurant opened by Long Island restaurateur Tony Lin. Shiki's contemporary Japanese fare and sushi are served in a refined atmosphere featuring a full bar and a private party room. The restaurant also offers catering services for special events.
