The Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative is a nonprofit, maternal and child health consortium that works to improve health outcomes for children and pregnant women. The cooperative offers educational, health planning and clinical care coordination solutions in Camden, Burlington and Atlantic counties in New Jersey. It administers the Regional Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Coalition program, which features education related to lead testing for children. The Southern New Jersey Perinatal Cooperative also offers healthy parenting programs. The cooperative administers the Infant and Family Development Program, which includes developmental testing and medical follow-up solutions. In addition, it offers services to support the improved diagnosis and treatment of perinatal mood disorders.
