Workout Place focuses on training children and women self-defense and martial arts. The director, Arnold van Deuren is a black belt and has aPh.D. in education, so he understands the needs of children. Services offered include a full range of tae kwon do instruction for preschoolers to teenagers and adult black belts. Also offered are evening self-defense classes for women and children's birthday parties.
