One of Carroll County's 23 elementary schools, Westminster Elementary is home to the Pandas. In 2010-2011, several sections of the school, including classrooms, were renovated. The school has approximately 70 staff members, 53 of whom are teachers. The school's mission is to promote "learning today for our tomorrow."
