I am able to create a safe space where clients have the opportunity to explore and know themselves more deeply. I have always had a natural capacity to understand people of different backgrounds from my own. This ability allows me to build a unique relationship with each client. It is an honor to work with people as they explore their vulnerabilities and to witness their progress toward healing. My approach is eclectic; different people respond well to different modalities and each person needs an individualized approach. I therefore tailor therapy to each client based upon his or her communication style and needs. I also believe in a positive psychological approach. For example, alleviating depression alone does not mean that someone is happy. A better goal is to also focus on uncovering strengths, meaning, and increased fulfillment in a persons life.
