Amber India, located in San Jose, Calif., is a dine-in restaurant serving regional northern Indian cuisine, including a-la-carte and buffet lunch and dinner menus, cocktails and desserts. The restaurant prepares more than 15 traditional Indian dishes using local ingredients and herbs and spices, served in brass vessels.
