Arthur Rutenberg Homes is a franchise system of independently owned and operated homebuilding companies. Together the companies manufacture upscale homes for customers throughout Florida and southeastern Georgia. The company also operates a chain of Arthur Rutenberg Design Centers, which are located in Palm Coast, Tampa, Stuart, Bonita Springs, Altamonte Springs and Bradenton, Fla. Arthur Rutenberg Homes was founded in 1953 by its namesake. It is headquartered in Clearwater, Fla., and its corporate affiliates include Dow Chemical Company, DuPont, Bank of America, General Electric, Kohler and Jacuzzi.
