At Home Caregivers is a locally owned and operated home care agency serving the Sonoma County community for more than a decade. Founded by Peter Rubens, we are dedicated to caring for those who are recovering, convalescing or aging wherever they call home. We provide comprehensive custodial, companion and personal care through caregivers who are employees of the agency. In 2016 we have been licensed by the state of California as a Home Care Organization.
