Barbara L. Lyons represents individuals, businesses and government litigants. Areas of practice include breach of contract, securities, wage and hour, antitrust, employment discrimination, land use, inverse condemnation, toxic tort and other civil and bankruptcy actions. She has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1994 and has graduated from Harvard University and University of California, Davis School of Law.
