Books and Boxing is a 501C non-profit boxing gym promoting education and self-esteem through physical activity and mentorship for at-risk youth. To be a part of the program, students must maintain a passing average grade in exchange for boxing and kickboxing training. There are competitive and non-competitive training programs. The classes include morning boot camp, open boxing and after school sessions for middle and high school students. Adult fitness boxing classes are also offered.
