Sam Boyers founded R.S. Boyers Heating and Air Conditioning, INC in the spring of 1976 with a commitment of offering high quality HVAC products, installations, and service to the people and businesses of the Shenandoah Valley and the surrounding areas. Mr. Boyers started out with a company of three people located in the heart of downtown Waynesboro that focused on conventional forced air heating and cooling systems. Sams dedication to his customers needs resulted in a successful and long period of growth. In 1986, he relocated the company to a new 12, 000 sq.ft. facility in the Lyndhurst Industrial Park at the foothills of Afton Mountain. The business remains there to this day. The employee base and services grew. R.S. Boyers Heating and Air Conditioning now employs a 50+ person staff consisting of installers, technicians, a sheet metal fabrication shop crew, a service manager and dispatcher, four person office staff, and four project managers/supervisors. R.S. Boyers Heating and Air Conditioning became a Factory Authorized Carrier dealer in the spring of 2007 with NATE certified technicians and installers. R.S. Boyers Heating and Air Conditioning now specializes in a wide range of heating, cooling, and plumbing systems. We specialize in conventional, geothermal, and high velocity ducted forced air systems ; ductless split heat pump and A/C systems ; solar hot water systems ; hot water boiler systems ; in-floor radiant systems ; and indoor air quality/purification systems among others. R.S. Boyers Heating and Air Conditioning has now installed over 10, 000 HVAC systems in the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas since our inception in 1976. We offer 24 hour 7-day a week service and have planned preventative maintenance service contracts available for systems we installed. Sam Boyers and his staff at R.S.
