Alegent Health Home Care, a part of Alegent Health, provides hospice, palliative care and bereavement services. It offers adult immunization, blood pressure screening, senior health assessment and disease management solutions. Alegent Health is one the largest nonprofit, faith-based health care systems in Nebraska and southwestern Iowa. It has more than five acute care hospitals and a staff of over 9,000 individuals. Founded in 1996, the center also provides womens and childrens services, as well as primary care, wellness counseling and cardiovascular solutions. Alegent Health additionally organizes parenting classes and events.
