The unit specializes in diagnostic care and rehabilitation imaging solutions. It assists with the early diagnosis and management of diseases. Radiology Services includes routine radiography, fluoroscopy and specialty examination solutions. The unit performs MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, CT scan and mammography procedures. It also utilizes the ProstaScint procedure for the treatment of prostate cancer. In addition, Radiology Services has capabilities to perform the biopsies of lesions located deep within breasts. The unit assists in examining spine, head, abdomen and chest. It features a gamma guidance system for sentinel node mapping and intraoperative lymphoscintigraphy purposes.
