Established in 1952, the Church of the Annunciation is a Catholic church with more than 1,500familiesas members. The church building itself was constructed in 1908, a chapel of the former House of Divine Provenance, which was a home for the sick founded by the Sisters of Charity. The building underwent a renovation in 1997.
