Located in Cincinnati, CONCERN is an employer-sponsored program run by the Corporate Health Services Division of TriHealth. CONCERN was established in 1984 and provides employee assistance program services to over 150 companies. It assists clients to enhance the productivity of human resources by developing, delivering and managing employee assistance services. The center additionally offers counseling services to employees and their families. It provides programs through Web based resources, telephonic, in-person counseling and on-site assistance. CONCERN offers a full range of occupational health services as captivated or fee-for-service programs. It provides various on-site post trauma stress debriefing on several traumatic work events, such as an accident resulting in serious injury, sudden death of an employee and a robbery.
