Founded in 1988, DataStat is a group of survey methodologists and computer engineers and is located in Ann Arbor, Mich. Its services include surveying and sample designing, data collection, and analysis and complex reporting. Its central production components include mail production, Web surveying, analysis and reporting. These production systems are fully integrated through central sample control systems, as well as back-end database management. It assists its clients through complex sample construction, selection and appropriate combination of telephone, mail, Web and interactive voice response technologies. It builds own digital telephone switch and operates a commercial offset printing plant. It prints, assembles and finishes all components of mail survey projects.
