A heritage of helping The David Hirschberg Company was established in 1913, when steel and scrap metals were transported by horse-drawn buggy. Founded by brothers David & Lester Hirschberg, the company remained a family business until Irvin, son of David Hirschberg passed in 2009. The company was transferred to long time business partners of the family, James Rolman & Jon Graham and with the passing of James Rolman now belongs to Jon Graham.The company originally operated as a retailer and recycler of iron, scrap, paper products, and rubber.
