It takes athletes through varied and rigorous workouts that utilize core strength, cardio, and mobility. CrossFit gyms don’t rely on exercise machines, and instead use free weights, medicine balls, tires, pull up bars, rings and other equipment that require athletes to use their entire body. Edmonds CrossFit now offers CrossFit and martial arts classes for adults and children. The gym also has a mobility class geared toward seniors.
