Founded in 1983, Community Health Center of Snohomish County is anon-profit provider of medical and dental services. It welcomes Medicaid and medicare patients and individuals without health insurance. It provides chronic disease management, pediatrics, internal medicine, immunizations and other services. This is one of four Community Health Center facilities located throughout the state.
