Operational since 1995, Fairbanks Neighborhood Housing Services is an organization that preserves and develops affordable housing for low-and moderate-income families. Based in Fairbanks, Alaska, the organization renders a range of services, such as homebuyer counseling/education, post-purchase education, home purchasing/rehab lending and community beautification. In addition, it provides capital for lending, outreach initiatives, property services, loan packaging as well as financial assistance, to name a few. Fairbanks Neighborhood Housing Services is a part of Fairbanks HomeOwnership Center.
