The Waltham Regional office of the Girl Scouts of EasternMassachusettsis located on Beaver Street near Waverly Oaks Road. It has been there since 1923. Please note that the office is only for Girl Scout related business and is not open to the general public. This office handles administrative and other issues for Girl Scout troops in Waltham and the surrounding communities. It also oversees operation of the Cedar Hill Outdoor Program Centers, which host day camps during the summer and other troop events the rest of the year. There is also a Girl Scouts Musuem on the property, which is open by appointment. This office also sponsors an event on Waltham Historic Day every year as part of their local community support programs. This event is open to the public. Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts have over 45,000 members, 17,000 volunteers and covers from the Mass North Shore to Cape Cod. Please contact them for more information.
