The San Clemente Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school was founded in 2007, and is run by Flavio Almeida. It is based off the school of martial arts developed by Carlos Gracie, Jr. Jiu Jitsu is not a school that teaches fighting, but an art that hones the mind and body. It's a spacious gym with wall-to-wall mats for grappling.
