Winter rates (25% discount) apply from October 1st to March 15th, except holidays. The Chelan winter rates are effective from October 1st to May 15th.A deposit in the amount of 1/2 of the total rental fee (including cleaning fee) is required to secure a reservation. The deposit check must be received within 20 days of making the reservation.All homes require a security deposit of $300.00 in the form of a separate check, which is collected upon arrival. The deposit is totally refundable providing there is no damage, missing inventory, or excess cleaning required after departure.Some homes allow pets.
