History San Jose collects and preserves the stories of diversity and innovation in San Jose and the Santa Clara Valley. It offers one of the oldest collections of Spanish and Mexican municipal documents in the state of California, Perham Collection of transistor electronics, A. P. Hills photographs of redwoods in the Santa Cruz Mountains, History Parks and Peralta Adobe. It also offers family events and programs as well as offers online exhibits and collections. History San Jose is accredited by the American Association of Museums.
