Roseville Home Start is nonprofit transitional housing facility that is open to homelesssingle-parent families, couples and grandparents raising grandchildren. Families must agree to live on-site for one year, attend counseling sessions, be drug and alcohol free and work toward a G.E.D. if they have not graduated from high school.
