Jackson Elementary School offers education to more than 400 students in kindergarten through sixth grade. Its academic curriculum includes English, language arts and mathematics. The school also provides an instrumental music program and before- and after-school tutoring services. Additionally, it provides education to students with various learning disabilities. Jackson Elementary School is a part of the Pasadena Unified School District, which operates various elementary, middle and high schools. The district also offers an Early Start program that provides educational services to visually and orthopedically impaired children of up to three years of age.
