Jazzercise is a fitness program combining dance, Pilates, kickboxing, strength training, core exercises, yoga, and stretching into a 60-minute full body workout. Plus, it’s great fun. South Metro Jazzercise offers over 50 fitness classes each week through our Apple Valley, Eagan, and Savage locations. The Apple Valley Fitness Center has a 2,000 square-foot exercise studio along with changing rooms, lockers, babysitting services, and a boutique for women’s clothing. The classes in Savage are held at Eagle Ridge Jr. High School located at 13955 Glendale Road and the classes in Eagan are held at Woodland Elementary School located at 945 Wescott Road.
