Kelley Park is locatedbetween Galaxie and Foliage Avenues, just south of 153rd Street in the south central part of Apple Valley. The park is one of Apple Valley's newest and is dedicated to the late Rick Kelley, who was the city planner and community development director from 1978 to 2005. The park has stairs leading up a hill to lots of playground equipment and other areas where children can be active. It is the only park in Apple Valley with large sprinklers and a splash pad, according to the parks and recreation department.
