It sells clothing for women and children, shoes, jewelry, accessories, hair extensions, formal dresses and purses. It also offers gift wrapping for a small fee. Kimi’s Fashions is also a San Diego Gas and Electric bill pay station; customers can bring in their bills and make instant payments at the register.
