The Laurel Hall School has achieved a solid standing in the North Hollywood community for many years. A ministry of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, it is known for its quality academics, passionate teachers and diverse sports program. The school embraces students of all faiths and encompasses early learning curriculum on through High School level academics. Its doors opened in 1947, and since, its numbers have grown to a student body of well over 500. Laurel Hall offers a well balanced, Christian-based education with rigorous academics and an array of extra curricular activities like sports, music and dance. Extended Day Care is available before school from 6:45am to 8:30am and after school from 2pm to 6pm on Monday, and 3:10pm to 6pm, Tuesday through Friday for kindergarten through grade 8.The Laurel School family includes the Early Childhood Center, where children between the ages of 2 and 5 are welcome to enroll.
