Founded in 2005, the CentroSalud Family Health Center provides an array of primary health care services. It has treated more than 11,000 patients since its establishment. The center is located in Memphis, Tenn. The CentroSalud Family Health Center offers treatment and care services for various chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, heart failure and arthritis. It also provides prenatal care services for women, including ultrasound, X-ray, sonography and mammography.
