Lotus Yoga offers a quiet, relaxed atmosphere in which to practice yoga. Class sizes here are on the small side, which allows for plenty of personalized attention from the instructors. Each teacher is certified and trained to assist students with modifications based on individual needs. Beginning and experienced students are all welcome.
