The Marion Finance Department is responsible for processing and paying the bills and invoices for all of the City's various departments. It also records, receipts, deposits and posts all assets that come into the city through all departments. The City Clerk and the City Clerk's Department issues all permits and licenses of the city including liquor licenses, cigarettepermits, solicitor permits and ambulance licenses.
