Metro Deli is located in the Drummer Building, off of West Big Beaver Road near the Somerset Collection (1/2 milewest of Crooks Road, near Maggiano's Little Italy.) The general public is welcome. The restaurant is busy and well-lit, and can be accessed from either the front or back entrances to the building. Grilled sandwiches, light sandwiches, and traditional deli favorites (such as the Dinty Moore, the tuna melt and the reuben) are available. Customers can also build their own sandwich, choosing from eight types of bread, eleven types of meat and nine types of cheese. Egg salad is made fresh daily. Breakfast is served until 11am, and includes a choice of eggs, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, bagels, French toast and omelettes. Online ordering, catering, dine-in , carry-out and free wi-fi are available.
