We provide short, intense and infrequent workouts that gives all the benefits of resistance training without ever picking up a weight. We give one-on-one attention with every workout using a motor drive machine (an ARX). The resistance adapts to challenge muscles in both the concentric (lifting) and eccentric (lowering) muscle contraction; unlike traditional equipment.
