The Northampton County Court of Common Pleas' District 03-2-04 encompasses both Lower Saucon Township and the borough of Hellertown. The current district justice is David W. Tidd, Esq.District justices have jurisdiction over matters such as landlord/tenant disputes, traffic offenses and minor criminal offenses. In felony and misdemeanor cases they issue arrest and search warrants, hold preliminary arraignments and hearings, and set bail.
