Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, a division of Darden Restaurants, is a national restaurant chain. Founded in 1982, the organization was originally developed by General Mills Restaurants. Olive Garden Italian Restaurant focuses on a casual Italian dining experience and offers a vast wine collection. It also sells gift cards for various occasions, including anniversaries and birthdays. In addition, the culinary managers of the restaurant are sent to the Culinary Institute of Tuscany for training. Olive Garden Italian Restaurant works with several community organizations that include America s Second Harvest, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Drive Against Hunger, Pasta for Pennies and Pasta Tales. It has several locations throughout the United States and several of them are in Las Vegas.
