Rancho BernardoYoga has been providing Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Flow methods to the community for over five years. Claiming to be the first heart-centered yoga studio in the Rancho Bernardo community, RB Yoga also offers special events and workshops on a regular basis for students to deepen their practice. Beginners are welcome and for those a little skeptical about the exercise, RB Yoga offers new students a test run of 7 days of unlimited yoga for $20. For the first class, it is recommended to arrive a few minutes early, bring a mat, have an empty stomach, and wear comfortable, breathable clothes that are easy to move in.
