I chose to become a medical provider out of a deep interest in the science of the mind and body. I have faith in the ability to use these principles to help create and sustain healthy communities and a healthier planet.  I have a passion for educating and empowering my patients to help them to achieve their highest health potential. Along with a love of teaching, I aim to mindfully listen to my patients in order to help create collaborative strategies to positively affect health over the lifespan.
